Press Release August 17th 2006 "Farmer's Daughter" at EquinunkOn Saturday, August 26, Wayne County native Linda Dix Lee will describe her life as a “Farmer’s Daughter” in the mid-20th century , as part of the Equinunk Historical Society’s “Looking Back while Looking Ahead” program series. Mrs. Lee, one of the most popular members of the Wayne County Historical Society’s Speakers’ Bureau, will take her audience back in time as she shares her stories of growing up on the family farm. The free presentation begins at 1 pm at the Calder House Museum, corner of Route 191 and Pine Mill Road in Equinunk.
