Press Release: Clean Up Day With Lackawaxen River Conservency

29 volunteers from WCHS and The Lackawaxen River Conservancy helped clear debris from the lock bed and waste weir and cut brush and trees from the canal bed. A potluck barbeque followed for the two orginazations to get to know each other. All weeds trembled in the face of this dedicated force.
