The Wayne County Historical Society's summer fundraiser called "Food, Fun and Fiddlin' Around," is scheduled for July 9 at 6 pm in the Parish Hall of Grace Episcopal Church, Honesdale. The informal event will feature a delectable summer buffet by chef Alan Kehoe, a longtime WCHS member. and music for listening and dancing by Wayne County favorites Steve Jacobi and Fiddlin' Around. A silent auction is also in the works featuring theme baskets, gift certificates and goods and services from individuals and businesses. Individual admission is $50 with tables of eight available for $350 (wine, beer and soda included).
