Albert "Ab" Rutherford, local author and historical figure speaker, will be available from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, in the Bethany Public Library to autograph copies of his new book, George W. Forgotten Son of Bethany. The saga of the Woodward family unfolds as Rutherford details the political intrigue, tragedies, and Civil War affects on the family. George Washington Woodward served as a Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice.

The book, published by the Wayne County Historical Society, chronicles the lives of the Woodward family. All proceeds from book sales benefit the WCHS Capital Campaign Fund. The event is being sponsored by the Bethany Public Library, Bethany Historical Society and the Wayne County Historical Society.

Ab will also be available at the annual WCHS Open House, Saturday, Nov. 25, beginning at 4 p.m. to autograph books.
